Santo Domingo, 24 de septiembre de 2025<\/strong> \u2014 El Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE)<\/strong> mantuvo este mi\u00e9rcoles en alerta verde<\/strong> a nueve provincias y el Distrito Nacional<\/strong> debido a una vaguada<\/strong> que est\u00e1 generando lluvias intensas, tormentas el\u00e9ctricas y r\u00e1fagas de viento<\/strong> en varias regiones del pa\u00eds. Seg\u00fan el Instituto Dominicano de Meteorolog\u00eda (INDOMET)<\/strong>, las precipitaciones afectar\u00e1n principalmente el noreste y sureste<\/strong>, con aguaceros que podr\u00edan aumentar en intensidad durante la tarde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ante los riesgos de inundaciones y deslizamientos<\/strong>, las autoridades recomendaron: \u2714 Evitar cruzar r\u00edos o zonas inundadas<\/strong>. \u2714 Mantenerse informado<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de los boletines oficiales. \u2714 Proteger documentos y bienes<\/strong> en caso de emergencia. \u2714 Evitar actividades al aire libre<\/strong> durante las tormentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00bfQu\u00e9 es una vaguada?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Una vaguada<\/strong> es un sistema de baja presi\u00f3n<\/strong> en la atm\u00f3sfera que favorece la formaci\u00f3n de nubes y precipitaciones<\/strong>. En este caso, afecta varios niveles de la troposfera<\/strong>, lo que puede generar lluvias intensas en poco tiempo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
