Ahora, con la <strong>nueva apelaci\u00f3n al Tribunal Supremo<\/strong> presentada este <strong>viernes 27 de septiembre de 2025<\/strong>, ese miedo se ha convertido en <strong>incertidumbre legal<\/strong> para millones de personas que dependen de este derecho constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Historias de familias en riesgo<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Los Hern\u00e1ndez (Texas)<\/strong>: <em>\u00abMi hijo naci\u00f3 aqu\u00ed en 2020.
