El evento, realizado en el <strong>Centro de Convenciones del MIREX<\/strong>, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la <strong>vicepresidenta Raquel Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>, quien reafirm\u00f3 el <strong>compromiso del Gobierno<\/strong> con la construcci\u00f3n de un <strong>Estado m\u00e1s justo e inclusivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abHemos trabajado con el coraz\u00f3n puesto en mejorar la vida de los dominicanos, creando oportunidades y garantizando que el desarrollo llegue a cada hogar\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3 Pe\u00f1a, quien tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la <strong>importancia de la cooperaci\u00f3n con la CEPAL<\/strong> para dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas que <strong>fortalezcan la protecci\u00f3n social<\/strong> y promuevan la <strong>inversi\u00f3n con impacto social<\/strong>. Este enfoque ha permitido al pa\u00eds <strong>transitar de un modelo asistencial a uno de inversi\u00f3n social<\/strong>, donde cada programa est\u00e1 orientado a <strong>empoderar a las familias<\/strong> y reducir las brechas de desigualdad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gloria Reyes<\/strong>, directora de la <strong>DDSS<\/strong>, resalt\u00f3 que la experiencia de la pandemia dej\u00f3 una <strong>lecci\u00f3n clave<\/strong>: <em>\u00abSolo los pa\u00edses con sistemas de protecci\u00f3n social s\u00f3lidos pueden garantizar bienestar en tiempos de crisis\u00bb<\/em>. Reyes tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 los <strong>avances en la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza<\/strong> y la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de empleos<\/strong>, gracias a pol\u00edticas de <strong>acompa\u00f1amiento integral<\/strong> y capacitaci\u00f3n para las familias m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El seminario, que incluy\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Roberto \u00c1lvarez (Canciller)<\/strong>, <strong>Alberto Arenas (CEPAL)<\/strong>, <strong>Maike Friedrichsen (embajadora de Alemania)<\/strong> y <strong>Julia S\u00e1nchez (ONU)<\/strong>, entre otros, se enfoc\u00f3 en <strong>consolidar el modelo dominicano<\/strong> como un <strong>ejemplo para la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>, gracias a su <strong>efectividad, inclusi\u00f3n y sostenibilidad<\/strong>.
