Este operativo, el m\u00e1s grande realizado hasta la fecha, beneficia a m\u00e1s de 12,000 personas en sectores como Palmarejo-Villa Linda, La Isabela y Jos\u00e9 Contreras, donde la falta de documentos legales hab\u00eda limitado el desarrollo de las comunidades durante a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abinader explic\u00f3 que la entrega de t\u00edtulos no solo garantiza la propiedad de la tierra, sino que <strong>abre puertas a oportunidades econ\u00f3micas<\/strong>, como el acceso a cr\u00e9ditos bancarios y la posibilidad de invertir en sus hogares. Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 que el Gobierno continuar\u00e1 con este programa, con el objetivo de entregar <strong>240,000 t\u00edtulos adicionales<\/strong> antes de 2028, consolidando una pol\u00edtica de Estado que prioriza la justicia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Pedro Brand, el mandatario tambi\u00e9n hizo entrega de 95 apartamentos en el Residencial Pablo Mella Morales II, un proyecto que forma parte de una inversi\u00f3n de RD$399 millones y que busca ofrecer soluciones habitacionales dignas a familias de bajos ingresos. El ministro de Vivienda, Carlos Bonilla, destac\u00f3 que \u00abestamos construyendo no solo casas, sino <strong>futuros m\u00e1s seguros y esperanzadores<\/strong> para los dominicanos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades locales y beneficiarios, quienes agradecieron al presidente por hacer realidad un sue\u00f1o que, para muchos, llevaba <strong>49 a\u00f1os de espera<\/strong>.
