Con una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>RD$34.455.380<\/strong>, el muelle est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para el atraque de embarcaciones menores y catamaranes, lo que facilitar\u00e1 los servicios de excursiones y el turismo mar\u00edtimo en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collado destac\u00f3 que esta infraestructura, junto con el malec\u00f3n y el boulevard de Caleta, ha transformado la zona en un espacio de <strong>recreaci\u00f3n y disfrute<\/strong> para las familias de La Romana y sus visitantes. <em>\u00abEstas obras tienen un impacto directo en la econom\u00eda y el turismo local\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 el ministro, subrayando que el muelle permitir\u00e1 el desarrollo de nuevas actividades comerciales y tur\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exdiputado <strong>Vinicio Castillo Sem\u00e1n<\/strong> agradeci\u00f3 en nombre de la comunidad el esfuerzo realizado por Collado, se\u00f1alando que <em>\u00abesta obra es un testimonio del compromiso del ministro con el desarrollo de Caleta\u00bb<\/em>. Castillo record\u00f3 que, antes de estas intervenciones, la comunidad estaba <strong>abandonada y deprimida<\/strong>, a pesar de su potencial tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El muelle, construido por el <strong>Comit\u00e9 de Infraestructuras en Zonas Tur\u00edsticas (CEIZTUR)<\/strong>, tiene una longitud de <strong>30.92 metros y un ancho de 3 metros<\/strong>, con pasarela, barandas y luminarias. Adem\u00e1s, incluye una secci\u00f3n principal de <strong>26.50 metros<\/strong> para el atraque de embarcaciones y cuatro secciones perpendiculares de <strong>5 metros<\/strong>, todo revestido en madera de pino tratado. Tambi\u00e9n se construy\u00f3 una pasarela de <strong>32 metros<\/strong> con iluminaci\u00f3n, que conecta el muelle con la playa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del proyecto, se realiz\u00f3 un <strong>dragado en un \u00e1rea de 60&#215;30 metros<\/strong>, extrayendo <strong>355 metros c\u00fabicos de arena<\/strong> para mejorar la accesibilidad.
