Este sector no solo <strong>impulsa el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>fortalece la identidad cultural<\/strong> y <strong>promueve el desarrollo territorial<\/strong>, especialmente en zonas tur\u00edsticas donde la demanda de experiencias culinarias aut\u00e9nticas ha crecido exponencialmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre <strong>enero y septiembre de 2024<\/strong>, los ingresos generados por el turismo directamente relacionados con la gastronom\u00eda alcanzaron los <strong>USD 8,417 millones<\/strong>, una cifra que refleja el <strong>impacto econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> de este rubro. Adem\u00e1s, el <strong>crecimiento del 9.6%<\/strong> en actividades de hoteles, bares y restaurantes durante <strong>2024<\/strong> confirma la <strong>vitalidad del sector<\/strong>, que sigue expandi\u00e9ndose a pesar de los desaf\u00edos globales.
