El documento, que incluye <strong>40 p\u00e1ginas de an\u00e1lisis y evidencias<\/strong>, busca <strong>reabrir el caso<\/strong> y sancionar a los responsables de lo que consideran una <strong>manipulaci\u00f3n deliberada<\/strong> de las pesquisas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El expediente cuestiona el <strong>Informe Final del Cuerpo de Bomberos<\/strong>, emitido en agosto de 2023, el cual fue <strong>desconocido por la propia instituci\u00f3n<\/strong> en una certificaci\u00f3n de junio de 2025. Seg\u00fan Manuel Mar\u00eda Mercedes, presidente de la CNDH-RD, esto demuestra un <strong>intento de encubrimiento<\/strong> y la falta de transparencia en el proceso. Adem\u00e1s, se denuncia que la <strong>escena del crimen fue alterada y los restos fueron desechados en el vertedero municipal<\/strong>, lo que <strong>impidi\u00f3 la recolecci\u00f3n de pruebas clave<\/strong> y vulner\u00f3 la dignidad de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento tambi\u00e9n revela que, en <strong>marzo de 2023<\/strong>, hubo un <strong>incendio previo<\/strong> en la empresa <strong>Vidal Plast<\/strong>, causado por el contacto de chispas con el qu\u00edmico <strong>Autofina-Luporox a 70s (Per\u00f3xido Org\u00e1nico 5.2)<\/strong>, un compuesto de alto riesgo. A pesar de este incidente, <strong>no se tomaron medidas preventivas<\/strong>, lo que podr\u00eda haber evitado la tragedia de agosto. Los familiares exigen que se <strong>aplique el art\u00edculo 359 del C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong>, que sanciona a quienes oculten o encubran cad\u00e1veres, y que la investigaci\u00f3n sea <strong>asumida por un equipo independiente<\/strong> para garantizar imparcialidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras el dolor de las familias persiste, la comunidad de San Crist\u00f3bal y el pa\u00eds entero <strong>exigen justicia y transparencia<\/strong>, rechazando la impunidad que parece rodear este caso.
