La ansiedad vs. la confianza<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La ansiedad nace cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creemos que <strong>todo depende de nosotros<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensamos que Dios <strong>no escucha o no act\u00faa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nos enfocamos en el <strong>\u00abqu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1\u00bb<\/strong> en lugar de en <strong>\u00abQui\u00e9n est\u00e1 con nosotros\u00bb<\/strong> (Isa\u00edas 41:10).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La confianza, en cambio, nace cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reconocemos que Dios es m\u00e1s grande<\/strong> que nuestros problemas (Salmo 121:1-2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recordamos Su fidelidad<\/strong> en el pasado (Salmo 77:11-12).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elegimos adorar<\/strong> en lugar de preocuparnos (Filipenses 4:6-7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Tres niveles de encomendar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Encomendar las circunstancias<\/strong>: Problemas, decisiones, sue\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encomendar las emociones<\/strong>: Miedos, frustraciones, incertidumbres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encomendar el futuro<\/strong>: Planes, metas y hasta los \u00abpor si acaso\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. \u00ab\u00c9l har\u00e1\u00bb: \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa en la pr\u00e1ctica?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No significa que Dios har\u00e1 lo que t\u00fa quieres<\/strong>, sino lo que <strong>necesitas<\/strong> (Romanos 8:28).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No significa que ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil<\/strong>, pero s\u00ed que <strong>valdr\u00e1 la pena<\/strong> (Santiago 1:2-4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No significa que lo ver\u00e1s hoy<\/strong>, pero s\u00ed que <strong>\u00c9l ya est\u00e1 obrando<\/strong> (Juan 5:17).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Un ejercicio pr\u00e1ctico<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Haz una lista de <strong>tres cosas que te quitan el sue\u00f1o<\/strong> y ora as\u00ed por cada una: <em>\u00abSe\u00f1or, te encomiendo [situaci\u00f3n]. Conf\u00edo en que T\u00fa obrar\u00e1s, aunque no vea c\u00f3mo.
