El crimen, ocurrido el <strong>11 de agosto de 2025<\/strong>, conmocion\u00f3 a Puerto Rico y ahora avanza hacia la etapa judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>secretaria de Justicia, Lourdes L. G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 que la <strong>lectura de cargos<\/strong> est\u00e1 fijada para el <strong>4 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>, y destac\u00f3 que este caso es un paso hacia la <strong>\u00abjusticia para Gabriela y su familia\u00bb<\/strong>. G\u00f3mez tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de los fiscales <strong>Silda Rubio Barreto<\/strong> y <strong>Orlando Vel\u00e1zquez Reyes<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de la <strong>Polic\u00eda de Puerto Rico<\/strong>, en la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>pat\u00f3logo Javier Gustavo Serrano<\/strong> confirm\u00f3 que la adolescente muri\u00f3 por una <strong>herida de arma blanca en el coraz\u00f3n<\/strong>, durante una pelea que termin\u00f3 en tragedia en el sector <strong>Desv\u00edo Roberto Col\u00f3n<\/strong>.
