Todo comenz\u00f3 en la cocina de su hogar, cuando Juana Franco prepar\u00f3 una arepa de ma\u00edz tan deliciosa que cautiv\u00f3 a su familia y amigos. Aquella receta, bautizada como \u201cCielito de Ma\u00edz, la arepa de Juana\u201d, fue el punto de partida de una historia marcada por la fe, el esfuerzo y la perseverancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo que inici\u00f3 como un peque\u00f1o emprendimiento dom\u00e9stico fue creciendo con el apoyo de la comunidad y de su iglesia, hasta convertirse en un sue\u00f1o hecho realidad. Junto a sus hijos Heriberling, Lisbet, Yassiel y Enrique JR , El se\u00f1or Enrique y Juana su esposa transformaron esa visi\u00f3n en un negocio que hoy representa orgullo para su familia y para todo el Bronx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la ceremonia de inauguraci\u00f3n, el pastor Modesto Espinal elev\u00f3 una emotiva oraci\u00f3n de bendici\u00f3n antes del corte de cinta, agradeciendo a Dios por permitir que este proyecto naciera bajo su gracia. Seguidamente, el se\u00f1or Enrique P\u00e9rez expres\u00f3 palabras de agradecimiento a su esposa, a sus hijos y a todos los que apoyaron la iniciativa desde sus primeros pasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre sus especialidades tambi\u00e9n sobresalen la Jalea de Batata, postre tradicional dominicano que evoca los sabores del hogar, y su l\u00ednea de jugos naturales y batidas tropicales, preparados al momento con frutas frescas, ideales para acompa\u00f1ar cada comida con ese \u201ctoque celestial\u201d que inspira su nombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
