Este proyecto, denominado <strong>\u00abConectividad y Digitalizaci\u00f3n de Cobros en el Mercado Fronterizo de Dajab\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong>, no solo agilizar\u00e1 los procesos de recaudaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n preparar\u00e1 el terreno para la <strong>implementaci\u00f3n de pagos electr\u00f3nicos y comprobantes digitales<\/strong>, impulsando la <strong>formalizaci\u00f3n comercial<\/strong> y la <strong>inclusi\u00f3n financiera<\/strong> en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo fue firmado por <strong>Guido G\u00f3mez Mazara<\/strong>, presidente del Consejo Directivo del Indotel, y <strong>Alexis Cruz Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, viceministro de Econom\u00eda, quienes destacaron que esta iniciativa es un <strong>paso clave<\/strong> para <strong>mejorar la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/strong> y la <strong>transparencia<\/strong> en los procesos de recaudaci\u00f3n. G\u00f3mez Mazara subray\u00f3 que <strong>\u00abla tecnolog\u00eda debe estar al servicio de la gente\u00bb<\/strong>, y que este proyecto es un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo la <strong>digitalizaci\u00f3n puede fortalecer los mercados fronterizos<\/strong>, beneficiando tanto a los <strong>comerciantes<\/strong> como a las <strong>autoridades locales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>viceministro Cruz Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> resalt\u00f3 que este sistema automatizado permitir\u00e1 a las <strong>alcald\u00edas manejar sus ingresos con mayor transparencia y trazabilidad<\/strong>, lo que contribuir\u00e1 a una <strong>gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente<\/strong> y al <strong>fortalecimiento de la administraci\u00f3n local<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa forma parte del <strong>compromiso del Gobierno<\/strong> con una <strong>gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica m\u00e1s moderna y eficiente<\/strong> en las zonas fronterizas, donde los sistemas tradicionales de cobro han generado <strong>retrasos, errores y falta de trazabilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>alcalde de Dajab\u00f3n, Santiago River\u00f3n<\/strong>, valor\u00f3 este proyecto como un <strong>avance decisivo<\/strong> para la modernizaci\u00f3n del municipio. Explic\u00f3 que la digitalizaci\u00f3n garantizar\u00e1 que las <strong>recaudaciones del mercado fronterizo lleguen de manera \u00edntegra al ayuntamiento<\/strong>, eliminando las <strong>ineficiencias del sistema manual<\/strong> y promoviendo una <strong>gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s transparente<\/strong>. River\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 el <strong>apoyo t\u00e9cnico del Indotel<\/strong>, que ha sido fundamental para implementar esta transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ahora, los mercados fronterizos operaban con <strong>sistemas de cobro completamente manuales<\/strong>, lo que generaba <strong>retrasos en los registros<\/strong>, <strong>errores en los ingresos<\/strong> y <strong>dificultades para actualizar la informaci\u00f3n financiera<\/strong>. La falta de herramientas digitales limitaba la <strong>trazabilidad de las transacciones<\/strong> y dificultaba la <strong>optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos administrativos<\/strong>. Con la introducci\u00f3n de <strong>equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos avanzados<\/strong>, como <strong>impresoras m\u00f3viles de recibos conectadas a la red<\/strong>, los recaudadores podr\u00e1n <strong>optimizar las operaciones diarias<\/strong>, <strong>reducir los tiempos de espera<\/strong> y <strong>registrar autom\u00e1ticamente cada transacci\u00f3n<\/strong>, lo que mejorar\u00e1 significativamente el <strong>servicio a los comerciantes<\/strong> y la <strong>confiabilidad de los ingresos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el convenio, el <strong>Indotel<\/strong> ser\u00e1 responsable de la <strong>adquisici\u00f3n y entrega de 18 dispositivos handheld con impresi\u00f3n integrada<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de <strong>162 rollos t\u00e9rmicos<\/strong> para su operaci\u00f3n inicial. Adem\u00e1s, el instituto <strong>subsidiar\u00e1 durante 24 meses<\/strong> los servicios de <strong>conectividad m\u00f3vil y fija<\/strong> necesarios para el funcionamiento del sistema, e implementar\u00e1 un <strong>programa de acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico y monitoreo<\/strong> de los equipos. Por su parte, el <strong>Ministerio de Hacienda y Econom\u00eda<\/strong> coordinar\u00e1 las <strong>condiciones operativas<\/strong> con la administraci\u00f3n del mercado, <strong>proteger\u00e1 los equipos<\/strong> y <strong>asumir\u00e1 los costos del servicio de internet<\/strong> una vez finalizado el per\u00edodo de subsidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto se enmarca en los <strong>esfuerzos del Gobierno dominicano<\/strong> para <strong>promover la digitalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y el <strong>acceso a servicios tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/strong> en zonas vulnerables, aline\u00e1ndose con las <strong>metas de la Agenda Digital 2030<\/strong> y las <strong>prioridades del Fondo de Desarrollo de las Telecomunicaciones (FDT)<\/strong>. Al acto asistieron figuras clave como la <strong>diputada Daritza Felicidad Zapata<\/strong>, el <strong>administrador de la colector\u00eda de Aduanas en Dajab\u00f3n, L\u00e1ncer Garc\u00eda Camacho<\/strong>, el <strong>coordinador provincial de Desarrollo Fronterizo, Virgilio Bastardo<\/strong>, y el <strong>administrador del mercado fronterizo, Tony D\u00edaz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de este sistema no solo <strong>modernizar\u00e1 los cobros<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>fomentar\u00e1 la transparencia<\/strong>, <strong>reducir\u00e1 la corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>facilitar\u00e1 el acceso a servicios crediticios<\/strong> para los comerciantes. Adem\u00e1s, sentar\u00e1 las bases para una <strong>mayor inclusi\u00f3n financiera<\/strong> en la regi\u00f3n, contribuyendo al <strong>desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local<\/strong> y mejorando la <strong>calidad de vida<\/strong> de los habitantes de Dajab\u00f3n.
