Este hecho, at\u00edpico en una zona conocida por su <strong>tranquilidad<\/strong>, ha generado <strong>preocupaci\u00f3n<\/strong> entre residentes y autoridades, quienes temen que la violencia en Hait\u00ed pueda <strong>extenderse<\/strong> hacia territorio dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El efecto de las declaraciones de \u00abBarbecue\u00bb<\/strong> La tensi\u00f3n se agrav\u00f3 tras las recientes declaraciones de <strong>Jimmy Cherisier (Barbecue)<\/strong>, l\u00edder de una de las bandas m\u00e1s influyentes de Hait\u00ed. Cherisier llam\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n haitiana a <strong>permanecer en sus hogares<\/strong> ante posibles enfrentamientos entre grupos armados y la polic\u00eda. Este mensaje ha <strong>aumentado el temor<\/strong> en la frontera dominicana, donde se teme que cualquier escalada violenta en Hait\u00ed pueda <strong>afectar la estabilidad<\/strong> de comunidades como <strong>Dajab\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>Juana M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comercio reducido y vigilancia constante<\/strong> El movimiento de <strong>comerciantes haitianos<\/strong> hacia el mercado de Dajab\u00f3n fue <strong>significativamente menor<\/strong> este lunes. Muchos decidieron <strong>no cruzar<\/strong>, mientras que otros lo hicieron con <strong>m\u00e1xima precauci\u00f3n<\/strong>, lo que impact\u00f3 negativamente en la actividad comercial. Las autoridades dominicanas mantuvieron una <strong>vigilancia estrecha<\/strong> durante la ma\u00f1ana, aunque hasta ahora no se han reportado <strong>incidentes graves<\/strong>.
