Este cambio, aunque inesperado, busca garantizar que el proceso se desarrolle con la mayor transparencia y participaci\u00f3n de todos los miembros del CNM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un proceso de selecci\u00f3n basado en el rigor<\/strong> El CNM ha llevado a cabo un riguroso proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n, que incluy\u00f3 cuatro jornadas de vistas p\u00fablicas donde se entrevist\u00f3 a 81 de los 83 aspirantes. El objetivo es seleccionar a los cinco jueces de la SCJ, los cinco del TSE y sus suplentes, asegurando que los tribunales sean independientes y est\u00e9n a la altura de las exigencias del sistema judicial dominicano.
