Seg\u00fan la SEPD, entre el <strong>60% y el 70% de las personas con adicciones<\/strong> sufren problemas como <strong>insomnio o pesadillas<\/strong>, que empeoran su pron\u00f3stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. El insomnio como predictor de reca\u00eddas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Roncero explic\u00f3 que el <strong>insomnio<\/strong> puede <strong>aumentar el riesgo de reca\u00eddas<\/strong> en personas con adicciones, ya que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aumenta el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduce la capacidad de tomar decisiones racionales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incrementa la impulsividad<\/strong>, llevando a buscar alivio en sustancias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. La necesidad de abordar el sue\u00f1o en el tratamiento de adicciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de su importancia, los trastornos del sue\u00f1o <strong>no siempre son tratados adecuadamente<\/strong>.
