Esta promoci\u00f3n es el resultado de <strong>cuatro a\u00f1os de formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y \u00e9tica<\/strong> bajo el <strong>Modelo de Transformaci\u00f3n Policial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Perfil de los nuevos oficiales<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <strong>64 graduados<\/strong> provienen de diferentes regiones del pa\u00eds y han sido formados para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Liderar con integridad<\/strong>: Basados en valores de <strong>honor, \u00e9tica y servicio p\u00fablico<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfrentar desaf\u00edos modernos<\/strong>: Como el <strong>crimen organizado, la corrupci\u00f3n y la violencia de g\u00e9nero<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Servir a la comunidad<\/strong>: Con un enfoque en la <strong>prevenci\u00f3n del delito y la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>cadete Kervin Lebr\u00f3n Novas<\/strong> fue el <strong>m\u00e1s destacado<\/strong>, recibiendo m\u00e9ritos por su <strong>excelencia acad\u00e9mica y liderazgo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
