Con una <strong>inversi\u00f3n de RD$350 millones<\/strong>, el proyecto busca <strong>rescatar su valor natural y cultural<\/strong>, convirti\u00e9ndolo en un <strong>espacio de esparcimiento y turismo<\/strong> para dominicanos y visitantes internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Un proyecto que combina naturaleza y cultura<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El parque, que abarca <strong>119,925 metros cuadrados<\/strong>, incluye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Senderos peatonales<\/strong> y \u00e1reas de recreaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monolitos conmemorativos<\/strong> que representan a los pa\u00edses de <strong>Am\u00e9rica y el Caribe<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zonas de esparcimiento<\/strong> y miradores para disfrutar del paisaje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00f3dulos de servicio<\/strong> y \u00e1reas para vendedores locales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juan Mubarak<\/strong>, director de Patrimonio Monumental, destac\u00f3 que el parque tiene un <strong>valor cultural \u00fanico<\/strong>, con una <strong>herencia prehisp\u00e1nica<\/strong> que ser\u00e1 preservada y difundida en un <strong>centro de interpretaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en una segunda etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Un espacio para turistas y familias<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>ministro David Collado<\/strong> resalt\u00f3 que el parque ser\u00e1 un <strong>punto de encuentro<\/strong> para turistas que llegan por el <strong>Aeropuerto Internacional de Las Am\u00e9ricas (AILA)<\/strong>, ofreciendo un <strong>espacio de recreaci\u00f3n<\/strong> antes de sus vuelos. Tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 un lugar ideal para que las <strong>familias dominicanas<\/strong> disfruten de un d\u00eda al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
