Santos D\u00edaz qued\u00f3 en <strong>libertad<\/strong>, pero deber\u00e1 presentarse ante la justicia <strong>cada dos meses<\/strong> mientras el Ministerio P\u00fablico completa la investigaci\u00f3n en un plazo de <strong>seis meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El caso<\/strong> Santos D\u00edaz y <strong>Yoseli Castillo Fuertes<\/strong> son acusadas de organizar un <strong>evento cultural<\/strong> en el que se modific\u00f3 la letra del Himno Nacional. Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, ambas promovieron la difusi\u00f3n de un texto alterado y organizaron una actividad en la que el p\u00fablico cant\u00f3 el Himno con letras diferentes a las oficiales, utilizando la m\u00fasica original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Denuncias y marco jur\u00eddico<\/strong> El Ministerio P\u00fablico recibi\u00f3 denuncias de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Efem\u00e9rides Patrias (CPEP)<\/strong> y el <strong>Instituto Duartiano<\/strong>, que exigieron la aplicaci\u00f3n de las sanciones establecidas en la <strong>Ley 210-19<\/strong>, que regula el uso de los s\u00edmbolos patrios. Los art\u00edculos <strong>37, 39 y 49<\/strong> de esta ley sancionan el ultraje a los s\u00edmbolos nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medidas judiciales<\/strong> Los fiscales <strong>Rafael Reyes, Mar\u00eda Miguelina Palma y Emmanuel Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> solicitaron una <strong>garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica de un mill\u00f3n de pesos<\/strong> y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del pa\u00eds.
