Este logro no solo fortalece el <strong>capital humano<\/strong> de la regi\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n consolida el <strong>modelo de formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico profesional<\/strong> del Infotep, enfocado en la <strong>productividad y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los <strong>82 egresados<\/strong>, <strong>39<\/strong> se especializaron en <strong>arte culinario<\/strong> (3 mujeres y 36 hombres), y <strong>43<\/strong> en <strong>bar y restaurante<\/strong> (22 mujeres y 21 hombres). <strong>Ramona Mej\u00eda<\/strong>, directora de Validaci\u00f3n y Certificaci\u00f3n del Infotep, destac\u00f3 que en <strong>2025<\/strong>, m\u00e1s de <strong>10,482 personas<\/strong> fueron certificadas en \u00e1reas como <strong>gastronom\u00eda, hoteler\u00eda, panader\u00eda y administraci\u00f3n de recursos humanos<\/strong>, lo que refleja el <strong>impacto positivo<\/strong> de estos programas en la formaci\u00f3n de talento especializado para la industria tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yuya Senci\u00f3n Melo<\/strong>, gerente de Recursos Humanos del <strong>Hotel Lopesan Costa B\u00e1varo<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que este proceso de validaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con <strong>82 colaboradores<\/strong> de una plantilla que supera los <strong>1,000 empleados<\/strong>, y que se ampliar\u00e1 con la apertura de nuevos hoteles del grupo prevista para <strong>mediados de 2026<\/strong>, lo que implicar\u00e1 la incorporaci\u00f3n de <strong>1,000 nuevos colaboradores<\/strong>. <em>\u00abEsta graduaci\u00f3n es solo el inicio de una colaboraci\u00f3n continua con el Infotep, que permitir\u00e1 a nuestros empleados obtener certificaciones con reconocimiento internacional\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 Senci\u00f3n Melo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ernesto Veloz<\/strong>, presidente de la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles Zona Este (Asoleste)<\/strong>, resalt\u00f3 la importancia del Infotep en el <strong>desarrollo del capital humano<\/strong> en la regi\u00f3n, se\u00f1alando que estos programas son <strong>esenciales<\/strong> para el crecimiento del sector tur\u00edstico. <em>\u00abEl Infotep nos permite incorporar j\u00f3venes con mayores competencias y motivaci\u00f3n, lo que eleva la calidad del servicio y la competitividad de nuestro destino\u00bb<\/em>, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Veloz, destacando el <strong>impacto econ\u00f3mico y social<\/strong> de estas iniciativas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnico Profesional (Infotep) y el Hotel Lopesan Costa B\u00e1varo graduaron a 82 t\u00e9cnicos en arte culinario, bar y restaurante, como parte de un programa de validaci\u00f3n ocupacional que busca elevar la calidad del servicio en el sector tur\u00edstico del Este del pa\u00eds.
