En un <strong>comunicado oficial<\/strong>, la instituci\u00f3n <strong>rechaz\u00f3 categ\u00f3ricamente<\/strong> las acusaciones, se\u00f1alando que carecen de <strong>fundamento legal y f\u00e1ctico<\/strong>, y que son <strong>ajenas a la realidad<\/strong> de sus operaciones. <em>\u00abComprendemos el dolor que genera una p\u00e9rdida, pero las versiones difundidas no se ajustan a la verdad\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3 el hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El HGPS record\u00f3 que su <strong>Programa de Trasplante<\/strong>, activo desde hace m\u00e1s de <strong>25 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, opera bajo <strong>normativas nacionales e internacionales<\/strong>, incluyendo la <strong>Ley General de Salud No. 42-01<\/strong> y la <strong>Ley 329-98 sobre Donaci\u00f3n de \u00d3rganos<\/strong>.
