Entre las v\u00edctimas, <strong>64 ser\u00edan presuntos pandilleros<\/strong>, mientras que otros <strong>58 miembros de bandas resultaron heridos<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan la ONG, muchas de las muertes se debieron a <strong>balas perdidas, ataques con drones y el uso de civiles como escudos humanos<\/strong> durante los operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fritznel Pierre<\/strong>, director ejecutivo de la CPD, hizo un llamado urgente a <strong>proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n civil<\/strong> durante las operaciones policiales, advirtiendo que la violencia ha alcanzado niveles cr\u00edticos. <em>\u00abLa paz ha cambiado de bando\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3 Pierre, se\u00f1alando que los pandilleros est\u00e1n huyendo de sus escondites para refugiarse en barrios marginales como <strong>Cit\u00e9-Soleil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd0d Operaciones Policiales y Avances<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional de Hait\u00ed (PNH)<\/strong> ha intensificado sus operaciones en las \u00faltimas semanas, enfoc\u00e1ndose en <strong>cuarteles generales de grupos armados<\/strong> en zonas como <strong>Bel-Air, Rue Saint Martin, Grand Rue y La Saline<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan informes de la PNH, se han incautado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>25 armas de fuego<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>14,269 cartuchos de diferentes calibres<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chalecos, radios de comunicaci\u00f3n y uniformes<\/strong> de las bandas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se ha logrado la <strong>detenci\u00f3n de tres traficantes de armas<\/strong>, y los l\u00edderes de las pandillas han desaparecido de las redes sociales, donde sol\u00edan transmitir en vivo sus actividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udf0d Impacto en la Regi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La crisis en Hait\u00ed no solo afecta a su poblaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene <strong>repercusiones en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong>, donde el flujo migratorio y la inestabilidad en la isla vecina generan preocupaci\u00f3n.
