Este viernes, Hyden fue <strong>sentenciado a 24 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y cadena perpetua<\/strong>, tras ser declarado culpable de <strong>asesinato en segundo grado y agresi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udea8 Los Detalles del Atropello<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hyden, de <strong>46 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, conduc\u00eda su camioneta a <strong>alta velocidad (54 millas por hora)<\/strong> bajo los efectos del alcohol cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se salt\u00f3 un sem\u00e1foro en rojo<\/strong> en Water Street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atraves\u00f3 una zona de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> sin reducir la velocidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subi\u00f3 a la acera<\/strong>, arrollando a un grupo de personas que celebraban.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuatro murieron<\/strong> (Emily Ruiz, Lucille Pinkney, Herman Pinkney y Ana Morel) y <strong>siete resultaron heridas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los testigos relataron que Hyden <strong>no intent\u00f3 frenar<\/strong> hasta el \u00faltimo momento y que, tras el impacto, <strong>intent\u00f3 huir<\/strong>, pero fue detenido por los presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2696\ufe0f La Sentencia y el Mensaje del Fiscal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal de distrito <strong>Alvin Bragg<\/strong> declar\u00f3 que la sentencia, aunque <strong>no puede revertir el dolor causado<\/strong>, env\u00eda un mensaje contundente: <em>\u00abSi conduces ebrio, ser\u00e1s procesado y pagar\u00e1s las consecuencias\u00bb<\/em>.
