Oportunidades para Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este bloqueo podr\u00eda ser una <strong>oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong> para RD:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Negociaciones con la UE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RD ha buscado <strong>acuerdos comerciales<\/strong> con la UE para exportar <strong>banano, cacao y textiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>acuerdo UE-Mercosur bloqueado<\/strong> podr\u00eda <strong>abrir espacios<\/strong> para que RD negocie directamente con la UE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Relaciones con el Mercosur<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aunque RD no es parte del Mercosur, tiene <strong>acuerdos bilaterales<\/strong> con pa\u00edses como <strong>Brasil y Argentina<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>acuerdo bloqueado<\/strong> podr\u00eda llevar a estos pa\u00edses a <strong>buscar nuevos socios<\/strong>, incluyendo a RD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Posicionamiento en el Caribe<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RD puede <strong>destacar sus avances en sostenibilidad y democracia<\/strong> para <strong>posicionarse como un socio confiable<\/strong> para la UE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
