Este di\u00e1logo marca el inicio de una <strong>nueva etapa de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> entre ambos pa\u00edses, orientada a la <strong>sostenibilidad, la gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y la calidad de vida<\/strong> en las comunidades rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cooperaci\u00f3n en control migratorio y miner\u00eda responsable<\/strong> Kast destac\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de Chile en <strong>adoptar pol\u00edticas dominicanas<\/strong> en \u00e1reas como <strong>control migratorio, administraci\u00f3n aeroportuaria y zonas francas<\/strong>. Abinader, por su parte, se comprometi\u00f3 a compartir <strong>procedimientos y marcos regulatorios<\/strong> con los equipos t\u00e9cnicos chilenos. La <strong>miner\u00eda responsable<\/strong> fue otro eje clave, donde Kast afirm\u00f3 que esta actividad puede <strong>convivir con la protecci\u00f3n social y ambiental<\/strong>, siempre que se priorice la <strong>equidad y la sostenibilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seguridad y control fronterizo<\/strong> La delegaci\u00f3n chilena recorri\u00f3 la <strong>fortaleza Beller<\/strong> y el <strong>muro fronterizo<\/strong> entre Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Hait\u00ed, acompa\u00f1ados por el ministro de Defensa dominicano, <strong>Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez Onofre<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se discuti\u00f3 la <strong>miner\u00eda responsable<\/strong>, donde el presidente electo chileno subray\u00f3 la importancia de <strong>proteger los ecosistemas<\/strong> y garantizar la <strong>equidad social<\/strong> en las comunidades afectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Econom\u00eda y turismo<\/strong> La experiencia dominicana en <strong>zonas francas y gesti\u00f3n aeroportuaria<\/strong> despert\u00f3 especial inter\u00e9s en la delegaci\u00f3n chilena. Kast destac\u00f3 el <strong>desempe\u00f1o del aeropuerto privado dominicano<\/strong> como un <strong>modelo regional<\/strong> y anunci\u00f3 que su equipo estudiar\u00e1 estos modelos para <strong>fomentar la inversi\u00f3n y diversificar la econom\u00eda chilena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infraestructura y educaci\u00f3n<\/strong> La agenda incluy\u00f3 proyectos de <strong>infraestructura h\u00eddrica y productiva<\/strong>, como la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del <strong>canal La Vig\u00eda<\/strong> y el sistema de riego del <strong>r\u00edo Masacre<\/strong>, clave para el <strong>desarrollo agr\u00edcola y la seguridad alimentaria<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se inauguraron obras sociales, como el <strong>Hospital Ram\u00f3n Mat\u00edas Mella<\/strong> y nuevas aulas en la <strong>Escuela Francisco Javier Ure\u00f1a Canela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turismo e integraci\u00f3n regional<\/strong> Kast propuso <strong>reactivar los comit\u00e9s bilaterales<\/strong> en turismo e industria, con el objetivo de <strong>potenciar el intercambio<\/strong> y aprovechar los avances de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana como <strong>referencia regional<\/strong>.
