Aunque se respetar\u00e1 el <strong>debido proceso<\/strong>, los registros que no se ajusten ser\u00e1n <strong>suspendidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delito penal por fraude<\/strong> La nueva ley <strong>tipifica como delito<\/strong> el uso de <strong>maniobras fraudulentas<\/strong> para ocultar v\u00ednculos entre funcionarios y proveedores, con <strong>penas de 2 a 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> y sanciones econ\u00f3micas.
