Una alianza que transformar\u00e1 la educaci\u00f3n dominicana<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Instituto Nacional de Bienestar Estudiantil (INABIE)<\/strong> y el <strong>Instituto Dominicano de Evaluaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n de la Calidad Educativa (IDEICE)<\/strong> han firmado un <strong>acuerdo hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> para <strong>evaluar y fortalecer<\/strong> los programas de <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n y salud escolar<\/strong> en todo el pa\u00eds. Este convenio, firmado por <strong>Adolfo P\u00e9rez (INABIE)<\/strong> y <strong>Jes\u00fas Antonio And\u00fajar Avil\u00e9s (IDEICE)<\/strong>, busca <strong>garantizar que los programas sociales<\/strong> ejecutados por INABIE sean <strong>m\u00e1s eficientes, sostenibles y basados en evidencia cient\u00edfica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abEste acuerdo es un paso fundamental para mejorar la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n y el bienestar de nuestros estudiantes\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3 <strong>Adolfo P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, director ejecutivo de INABIE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 implica este acuerdo?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio establece que <strong>IDEICE<\/strong> ser\u00e1 el encargado de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dise\u00f1ar metodolog\u00edas<\/strong> para evaluar el impacto de los programas de INABIE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recopilar y analizar datos<\/strong> sobre el <strong>Programa de Alimentaci\u00f3n Escolar (PAE)<\/strong> y el <strong>Programa de Salud Escolar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elaborar informes<\/strong> con recomendaciones t\u00e9cnicas para mejorar la <strong>eficiencia y efectividad<\/strong> de los programas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>INABIE<\/strong> se compromete a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Facilitar el acceso<\/strong> a la informaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica necesaria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brindar apoyo log\u00edstico<\/strong> para la ejecuci\u00f3n de los estudios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implementar las recomendaciones<\/strong> derivadas de los resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abDesde IDEICE, aportamos herramientas de evaluaci\u00f3n rigurosa y an\u00e1lisis de datos para tomar decisiones basadas en evidencia\u00bb<\/em>, explic\u00f3 <strong>Jes\u00fas And\u00fajar Avil\u00e9s<\/strong>, director ejecutivo de IDEICE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Beneficios para los estudiantes dominicanos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este acuerdo busca <strong>fortalecer la calidad educativa<\/strong> y el <strong>bienestar integral de los estudiantes<\/strong>, mediante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Programas basados en evidencia cient\u00edfica<\/strong>: Las recomendaciones de IDEICE permitir\u00e1n a INABIE <strong>optimizar sus programas<\/strong> y garantizar que lleguen a los estudiantes que m\u00e1s lo necesitan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas<\/strong>: El uso de <strong>datos cient\u00edficos<\/strong> y <strong>evaluaciones rigurosas<\/strong> asegura que los recursos se utilicen de manera eficiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento institucional<\/strong>: El convenio incluye acciones de <strong>capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para el personal de INABIE, con el fin de mejorar sus <strong>capacidades t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong> en evaluaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de programas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abEsta alianza reafirma nuestro compromiso con la transparencia y el fortalecimiento de las capacidades institucionales\u00bb<\/em>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 And\u00fajar Avil\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Contexto: \u00bfQui\u00e9nes son INABIE e IDEICE?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>INABIE<\/strong>: Organismo p\u00fablico creado bajo la <strong>Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n 66-97<\/strong>, cuya misi\u00f3n es <strong>disminuir la vulnerabilidad educativa<\/strong> mediante programas de <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n escolar, salud, utiler\u00eda y apoyo social<\/strong>. Actualmente, distribuye <strong>5 millones de raciones diarias<\/strong> a estudiantes en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IDEICE<\/strong>: Instituto creado en <strong>2008<\/strong> mediante la <strong>Ordenanza 03-2008<\/strong>, dedicado exclusivamente a la <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de la calidad educativa<\/strong>.
