Durante los primeros tres meses de formaci\u00f3n en empresas del sector formal, el Estado cubrir\u00e1 el salario de los participantes, con una extensi\u00f3n de hasta seis meses para personas con discapacidad. Desde el primer d\u00eda, los beneficiarios estar\u00e1n afiliados al sistema de seguridad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro Eddy Olivares Ortega destac\u00f3 que <strong>RD Trabaja<\/strong> busca eliminar las barreras que dificultan el acceso al empleo formal, tanto para quienes buscan trabajo como para las empresas que necesitan personal capacitado. El programa est\u00e1 dirigido a j\u00f3venes de 18 a 35 a\u00f1os y a personas mayores de esa edad, quienes recibir\u00e1n capacitaci\u00f3n directamente en los puestos de trabajo, permitiendo a las empresas formar talento seg\u00fan sus necesidades reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector empresarial y organismos internacionales, como el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), han valorado positivamente la iniciativa, que combina formaci\u00f3n, experiencia pr\u00e1ctica y corresponsabilidad institucional. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>RD Trabaja<\/strong> prioriza la inclusi\u00f3n de mujeres y personas con discapacidad, como parte de una pol\u00edtica de empleo orientada a la equidad y la sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa tambi\u00e9n incluye la modernizaci\u00f3n de los servicios p\u00fablicos de empleo, el fortalecimiento de las jornadas de empleo y la actualizaci\u00f3n del Servicio Nacional de Empleo (SENAE), en coordinaci\u00f3n con el INFOTEP y las Oficinas Territoriales de Empleo.
