Este ambicioso proyecto, financiado por el <strong>BID<\/strong> y ejecutado en colaboraci\u00f3n con el <strong>MITUR, el Ministerio de Cultura y la ADN<\/strong>, busca <strong>recuperar y modernizar<\/strong> este espacio patrimonial, declarada <strong>Patrimonio de la Humanidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c1reas de intervenci\u00f3n<\/strong> Las obras abarcar\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Parque San Miguel<\/strong> y <strong>Plaza Iglesia San Miguel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Callej\u00f3n Sal Si Puedes<\/strong> y calles circundantes, como <strong>Jos\u00e9 Reyes<\/strong> y <strong>Juan Isidro P\u00e9rez<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renovaci\u00f3n de pavimentos<\/strong> y <strong>ampliaci\u00f3n de aceras<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mejora de redes<\/strong> de agua, alcantarillado y electricidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nueva iluminaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>m\u00e1s \u00e1rboles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mobiliario urbano actualizado<\/strong>, como bancos y papeleras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tres pilares: Accesibilidad, seguridad y belleza<\/strong> El proyecto se basa en tres ejes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accesibilidad<\/strong>: Adaptaciones para <strong>personas con discapacidad<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguridad<\/strong>: Sistemas para garantizar la <strong>protecci\u00f3n de los visitantes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Belleza<\/strong>: Mejoras en <strong>paisajismo y dise\u00f1o urbano<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un im\u00e1n para el turismo<\/strong> Collado destac\u00f3 que la <strong>Ciudad Colonial<\/strong> atrae al <strong>8% de los turistas<\/strong> que visitan el pa\u00eds. \u00abEstamos transformando estos espacios para que sean <strong>m\u00e1s atractivos y funcionales<\/strong>\u00ab, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financiamiento y coordinaci\u00f3n<\/strong> El proyecto es parte del <strong>Programa Integral de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico y Urbano (PIDTUCCSD)<\/strong>, con financiamiento del <strong>BID<\/strong> y la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples instituciones.
