G\u00f3mez Mazara alert\u00f3 sobre la <strong>brecha entre la educaci\u00f3n tradicional y las demandas del mercado laboral<\/strong>, donde <strong>el 75% de los empleos est\u00e1n relacionados con \u00e1reas tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong>, mientras que la formaci\u00f3n en estas disciplinas sigue siendo insuficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario advirti\u00f3 sobre el <strong>incremento de ciberataques<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds, especialmente en el sector financiero, donde el uso de <strong>dispositivos robados y redes il\u00edcitas<\/strong> ha agravado la vulnerabilidad de los sistemas. \u00abLa ciberseguridad es un pilar fundamental para la confianza en la econom\u00eda digital\u00bb, afirm\u00f3, destacando que los <strong>datos son el nuevo petr\u00f3leo<\/strong> y su protecci\u00f3n es vital para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f3mez Mazara se\u00f1al\u00f3 que solo <strong>el 39% de los empleados del sector privado tiene habilidades digitales b\u00e1sicas<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>el 22% de las operaciones empresariales se automatiza<\/strong>, lo que exige una <strong>formaci\u00f3n urgente en \u00e1reas como ciberseguridad e inteligencia artificial<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, inform\u00f3 que el Indotel ha elaborado un <strong>proyecto de ley para actualizar el marco legal de las telecomunicaciones<\/strong>, vigente desde 1998, con el objetivo de adaptarlo a la <strong>realidad digital actual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente del Indotel tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 la necesidad de <strong>establecer alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas con socios tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>, como <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, para impulsar el desarrollo digital del pa\u00eds.
