El sospechoso habr\u00eda escapado a Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, donde fue detenido pero luego liberado por falta de documentaci\u00f3n legal para su extradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fallas en el proceso de extradici\u00f3n<\/strong><br>De acuerdo con <strong>Fernando Mateo<\/strong>, vocero de la federaci\u00f3n, las autoridades dominicanas no recibieron a tiempo los documentos necesarios para procesar y extraditar a Troncoso Tejada. Esta situaci\u00f3n ha generado frustraci\u00f3n entre los taxistas, quienes ven en este caso un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo las fallas burocr\u00e1ticas pueden obstaculizar la justicia. \u00abNo podemos permitir que un asesino quede libre por errores en el proceso\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Mateo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El FBI como clave para resolver el caso<\/strong><br>Ante la falta de avances, la Federaci\u00f3n de Taxistas ha pedido al <strong>FBI<\/strong> que investigue las razones por las que los documentos no fueron enviados a tiempo y tome medidas para asegurar la captura y extradici\u00f3n del sospechoso. \u00abEl FBI debe intervenir para garantizar que este hombre sea juzgado en Estados Unidos\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Mateo. Los taxistas esperan que esta intervenci\u00f3n permita superar los obst\u00e1culos legales y asegurar que Troncoso Tejada enfrente la justicia por el crimen cometido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un llamado a la acci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong><br>El caso de Isaa Mbolo ha puesto de manifiesto las <strong>dificultades en los procesos de extradici\u00f3n<\/strong> entre Estados Unidos y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.
