Durante el evento, se leyeron los nombres de los fallecidos y <strong>familiares compartieron sus recuerdos<\/strong> en un ambiente de dolor y solidaridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fiscales piden juicio para los due\u00f1os del Jet Set<\/strong><br>El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 este martes que los hermanos <strong>Antonio y Maribel Espaillat<\/strong>, due\u00f1os del local, sean <strong>enviados a juicio<\/strong> por <strong>homicidio involuntario<\/strong>. El juez <strong>Raymundo Mej\u00eda<\/strong> dio inicio a la audiencia preliminar, donde los fiscales expusieron un <strong>informe de 156 p\u00e1ginas<\/strong> que detalla las <strong>irregularidades<\/strong> en la construcci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obras clandestinas y advertencias ignoradas<\/strong><br>La fiscal\u00eda revel\u00f3 que los Espaillat realizaron <strong>modificaciones en la estructura del Jet Set<\/strong> durante a\u00f1os <strong>sin permisos ni supervisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, lo que <strong>violaba la ley<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se ignoreon <strong>alertas internas<\/strong> sobre el mal estado del techo, optando por <strong>reparaciones improvisadas<\/strong> en lugar de una evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una declaraci\u00f3n posterior al accidente, <strong>Antonio Espaillat<\/strong> reconoci\u00f3 que los <strong>plafones del techo ca\u00edan con frecuencia<\/strong> y que el <strong>d\u00eda del derrumbe<\/strong> se hab\u00edan hecho arreglos, pero <strong>nunca se analiz\u00f3 la resistencia de la estructura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Familiares exigen celeridad en el proceso judicial<\/strong><br>El juez orden\u00f3 un <strong>nuevo peritaje t\u00e9cnico<\/strong> en <strong>30 d\u00edas<\/strong>, lo que provoc\u00f3 <strong>malestar entre los familiares<\/strong>. <em>\u00abNo podemos permitir que esto se alargue m\u00e1s\u00bb<\/em>, dijo <strong>Rafael<\/strong>, quien perdi\u00f3 a su hija. La abogada <strong>Ingrid Hidalgo<\/strong>, que representa a la familia del exbeisbolista <strong>Octavio Dotel<\/strong>, subray\u00f3: <em>\u00abNo importa cu\u00e1ntos peritajes se hagan, la realidad es que el techo del Jet Set caus\u00f3 la muerte de cientos de personas.
