Este logro contrasta con la <strong>tendencia global de retroceso<\/strong>, donde el 60 % de los pa\u00edses han debilitado sus sistemas de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un salto en el ranking global<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El pa\u00eds <strong>subi\u00f3 21 posiciones<\/strong> en el \u00edndice global y <strong>11 posiciones en 2025<\/strong>, ubic\u00e1ndose en el <strong>lugar 76 de 143 naciones<\/strong>.
