A partir de <strong>noviembre de 2026<\/strong>, el puerto de <strong>La Romana<\/strong> ser\u00e1 la base de operaciones durante todo el a\u00f1o para <strong>MSC Cruises<\/strong>, una de las compa\u00f1\u00edas l\u00edderes en el sector a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El anuncio fue realizado por el <strong>ministro de Turismo, David Collado<\/strong>, durante la feria <strong>Seatrade Cruise Global<\/strong> en Miami. Este acuerdo, fruto de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre <strong>MSC Cruises<\/strong> y <strong>Costasur Casa de Campo<\/strong>, incluye no solo la gesti\u00f3n de <strong>Isla Catalina<\/strong>, sino tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>nuevos itinerarios<\/strong> que conectar\u00e1n m\u00faltiples destinos dominicanos, potenciando as\u00ed el atractivo tur\u00edstico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luis Emilio Rodr\u00edguez Amiama<\/strong>, director del <strong>Puerto Tur\u00edstico de Cruceros de La Romana<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que esta alianza refuerza el posicionamiento de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana como un <strong>destino de clase mundial<\/strong> en el mercado de cruceros. Los nuevos recorridos no solo incluir\u00e1n <strong>Isla Catalina<\/strong>, sino tambi\u00e9n otros puertos del pa\u00eds, lo que demuestra la <strong>confianza de MSC Cruises<\/strong> en el potencial tur\u00edstico dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gianlucca Suprani<\/strong>, presidente de <strong>CTL Maritime<\/strong>, resalt\u00f3 que este acuerdo es parte de una <strong>estrategia a largo plazo<\/strong> para convertir a Rep\u00fablica Dominicana en un <strong>hub de cruceros en el Caribe<\/strong>, atrayendo turistas de Europa y otras regiones.
