El incidente ocurri\u00f3 mientras el personal se dirig\u00eda a una actividad oficial, aunque se aclar\u00f3 que el <strong>presidente Abinader no viajaba en la caravana<\/strong> en el momento del accidente. Las im\u00e1genes del lugar muestran <strong>veh\u00edculos volcados<\/strong>, lo que ha generado preocupaci\u00f3n sobre las <strong>condiciones de seguridad vial<\/strong> en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd0d Detalles del accidente y respuesta inmediata<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan un <strong>comunicado de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>, el accidente ocurri\u00f3 a las <strong>8:56 de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong> en la carretera que conecta <strong>Maim\u00f3n con Puerto Plata<\/strong>. El veh\u00edculo de la <strong>escolta presidencial<\/strong>, perteneciente al <strong>Cuerpo de Seguridad Presidencial (CUSEP)<\/strong>, <strong>perdi\u00f3 el control y volc\u00f3<\/strong> en una ca\u00f1ada al lado de la carretera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades informaron que <strong>dos miembros del CUSEP y un ciudadano<\/strong> resultaron con <strong>diversos traumas<\/strong> y fueron trasladados de inmediato a <strong>centros de salud cercanos<\/strong>, donde reciben atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Hasta el momento, se reporta que los heridos se encuentran <strong>estables<\/strong> y fuera de peligro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abLos heridos est\u00e1n siendo atendidos y su estado es estable. A las <strong>11:00 a.m.<\/strong>, como estaba previsto, <strong>encabez\u00f3 la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Plaza Sos\u00faa<\/strong> en la provincia de <strong>Puerto Plata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abEl presidente est\u00e1 al tanto de la situaci\u00f3n y ha dado instrucciones para que se brinde toda la asistencia necesaria a los heridos\u00bb<\/em>, indic\u00f3 la Presidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">**\ud83d\udd0d Investigaci\u00f3n en curso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades est\u00e1n llevando a cabo una <strong>investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva<\/strong> para determinar las <strong>causas del accidente<\/strong>, que podr\u00edan estar relacionadas con <strong>fallas mec\u00e1nicas, condiciones de la carretera o errores humanos<\/strong>.
