La encuesta, realizada a <strong>1,233 responsables de RRHH<\/strong>, muestra una <strong>brecha alarmante<\/strong> entre el reconocimiento del problema y su soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace cada empresa?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>10%<\/strong>: Lo integra como <strong>prioridad operativa<\/strong>, con programas de bienestar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11%<\/strong>: Lo aborda a <strong>nivel estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> en la gesti\u00f3n de personas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8%<\/strong>: Realiza <strong>evaluaciones y medidas preventivas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>17%<\/strong>: Act\u00faa <strong>solo cuando hay una baja laboral<\/strong> por salud mental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>54%<\/strong>: Lo considera de <strong>baja prioridad<\/strong>, a pesar de reconocer su existencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los mayores desaf\u00edos en salud mental laboral<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas identifican como <strong>principales retos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conciliaci\u00f3n vida personal-laboral<\/strong> (38%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n del exceso de carga de trabajo<\/strong> (36%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantenimiento de un buen clima laboral<\/strong> (36%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dificultad para que los empleados expresen sus problemas<\/strong> (28%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falta de recursos econ\u00f3micos<\/strong> para programas (21%).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diferencias por tama\u00f1o de empresa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empresas grandes (+250 empleados)<\/strong>: El <strong>43%<\/strong> destaca la <strong>conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong> como principal desaf\u00edo, seguido de la <strong>carga de trabajo (39%)<\/strong> y el <strong>clima laboral (38%)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Microempresas<\/strong>: El <strong>37%<\/strong> menciona la conciliaci\u00f3n como reto principal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pymes<\/strong>: Solo el <strong>34%<\/strong> la considera un desaf\u00edo clave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La conciliaci\u00f3n como soluci\u00f3n efectiva<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>83% de las empresas<\/strong> cree que implementar <strong>medidas de conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong> reducir\u00eda la <strong>presi\u00f3n mental<\/strong> y mejorar\u00eda el <strong>bienestar de los empleados<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>48%<\/strong> opina que tendr\u00eda un impacto <strong>\u00abbastante\u00bb<\/strong> positivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>35%<\/strong> considera que mejorar\u00eda <strong>\u00abmucho\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>13%<\/strong> piensa que tendr\u00eda <strong>poco impacto<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4%<\/strong> cree que <strong>no tendr\u00eda ning\u00fan efecto<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El mensaje de InfoJobs: \u00abEs hora de actuar\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f3nica P\u00e9rez, directora de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Estudios de InfoJobs, se\u00f1ala:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u00abAunque hay avances en la integraci\u00f3n del bienestar en la cultura empresarial, el tejido empresarial a\u00fan debe profesionalizar su gesti\u00f3n.
