El arresto se produjo el <strong>29 de abril de 2026<\/strong> en <strong>flagrante delito<\/strong> dentro de las instalaciones del <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, cuando el imputado intentaba cobrar el saldo de una supuesta \u00abdefensa legal\u00bb a una de sus v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Persecuci\u00f3n<\/strong>, Heredia Gonz\u00e1lez manten\u00eda un <strong>esquema sistem\u00e1tico de suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad<\/strong> desde hac\u00eda <strong>al menos dos a\u00f1os<\/strong>, en el que <strong>ofrec\u00eda servicios legales falsos<\/strong>, cobraba honorarios y, en algunos casos, <strong>extorsionaba a sus v\u00edctimas con amenazas<\/strong>. Hasta el momento, se han identificado <strong>cuatro v\u00edctimas directas<\/strong>, con p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas que ascienden a <strong>decenas de miles de pesos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de una <strong>tentativa de extorsi\u00f3n por RD$150,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El modus operandi de Heredia Gonz\u00e1lez consist\u00eda en <strong>hacerse pasar por abogado habilitado<\/strong> \u2014condici\u00f3n que <strong>no posee<\/strong>, seg\u00fan certificaciones oficiales\u2014 e incluso <strong>como fiscal en ejercicio<\/strong>. Para ello, utilizaba un <strong>n\u00famero de WhatsApp con el logo del Ministerio P\u00fablico como foto de perfil<\/strong>, desde el cual enviaba <strong>citaciones falsas<\/strong> a sus v\u00edctimas, vincul\u00e1ndolas con <strong>supuestos casos de homicidio<\/strong>. De esta manera, lograba que las personas le pagaran <strong>sumas de dinero por servicios legales inexistentes<\/strong> o las presionaba con <strong>amenazas de arresto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las investigaciones revelaron que Heredia Gonz\u00e1lez <strong>es estudiante activo de Derecho<\/strong> en un centro universitario, pero <strong>no ha obtenido el t\u00edtulo profesional<\/strong>. Durante su detenci\u00f3n, se le incaut\u00f3 un <strong>carn\u00e9 de estudiante<\/strong>, que utilizaba para dar apariencia de legitimidad a sus enga\u00f1os. Seg\u00fan el expediente, el imputado <strong>captaba a personas de su entorno<\/strong>, a quienes convenc\u00eda de que era abogado, ofreci\u00e9ndose para gestionarles asuntos legales a cambio de pagos en <strong>pesos y d\u00f3lares<\/strong>. En uno de los casos, se present\u00f3 como <strong>abogado defensor ante la Pepca<\/strong>, negociando honorarios que redujo de <strong>RD$300,000 a RD$40,000<\/strong>, con un anticipo de <strong>RD$10,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>29 de abril de 2026<\/strong>, Heredia Gonz\u00e1lez se present\u00f3 en la <strong>sede central del Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> junto a una de sus v\u00edctimas, donde <strong>insist\u00eda en el pago del saldo pendiente<\/strong>, utilizando <strong>informaci\u00f3n personal de la familia de la v\u00edctima<\/strong> para presionarla. El enga\u00f1o fue descubierto cuando la v\u00edctima <strong>consult\u00f3 en recepci\u00f3n sobre la existencia del supuesto fiscal<\/strong>, confirmando que <strong>no exist\u00eda<\/strong>. Acto seguido, el <strong>procurador fiscal Miguel J. Collado Garc\u00eda<\/strong> procedi\u00f3 a su <strong>arresto en flagrante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso cuenta con <strong>pruebas documentales, materiales y procesales<\/strong>, como el <strong>carn\u00e9 de estudiante<\/strong> que portaba el imputado. Jur\u00eddicamente, el caso ha sido calificado como <strong>violaci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 405 y 258 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano<\/strong> (estafa y usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones p\u00fablicas), as\u00ed como a los <strong>art\u00edculos 15 y 17 de la Ley 53-07 sobre Cr\u00edmenes y Delitos de Alta Tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>.
