Los medicamentos fueron incautados en dos establecimientos: <strong>Osiris Variedades<\/strong> y otro <strong>local sin identificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, donde se encontraron <strong>55 bolsas con productos farmac\u00e9uticos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcdc Marco legal del operativo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>operativo<\/strong> se realiz\u00f3 en <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, tras detectarse <strong>infracciones a las siguientes normativas<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ley 17-19 sobre Erradicaci\u00f3n del Comercio Il\u00edcito<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ley General de Aduanas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C\u00f3digo Tributario<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el <strong>informe oficial<\/strong>, los <strong>f\u00e1rmacos incautados no contaban con los registros sanitarios requeridos<\/strong> para su <strong>comercializaci\u00f3n legal<\/strong> en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana. Esto significa que los productos <strong>no cumpl\u00edan con los est\u00e1ndares de seguridad, calidad y eficacia<\/strong> establecidos por las autoridades, lo que <strong>constituye un riesgo grave para la salud p\u00fablica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2696\ufe0f Proceso legal y seguimiento<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>responsables del cargamento<\/strong> fueron <strong>entregados a las autoridades judiciales<\/strong> para el <strong>inicio del proceso legal<\/strong>. Mientras tanto, los <strong>organismos de control<\/strong> contin\u00faan con las <strong>investigaciones<\/strong> para <strong>determinar el origen de los medicamentos<\/strong>, las <strong>redes de distribuci\u00f3n<\/strong> y los <strong>posibles c\u00f3mplices<\/strong> involucrados en este <strong>comercio il\u00edcito<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este <strong>decomiso masivo<\/strong> evidencia la <strong>gravedad del problema del comercio ilegal de medicamentos<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds, una pr\u00e1ctica que <strong>no solo pone en riesgo la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>afecta la econom\u00eda nacional<\/strong> al <strong>fomentar la evasi\u00f3n fiscal<\/strong> y <strong>perjudicar a los comercios formales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udc8a Riesgos para la salud p\u00fablica<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>comercio il\u00edcito de medicamentos<\/strong> representa una <strong>amenaza seria para la salud de los ciudadanos<\/strong>. Los f\u00e1rmacos <strong>sin registro sanitario<\/strong> pueden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contener ingredientes no declarados<\/strong> que causen <strong>reacciones adversas o intoxicaciones<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No cumplir con las dosis adecuadas<\/strong>, lo que puede <strong>agravar las enfermedades<\/strong> en lugar de curarlas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estar falsificados o adulterados<\/strong>, lo que <strong>pone en peligro la vida de los pacientes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estar vencidos o mal almacenados<\/strong>, perdiendo su <strong>eficacia terap\u00e9utica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, este tipo de <strong>comercio clandestino<\/strong> <strong>priva al Estado de ingresos fiscales<\/strong> y <strong>desleal a los negocios leg\u00edtimos<\/strong> que cumplen con todas las regulaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udce2 Llamado a la acci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>autoridades dominicanas<\/strong> hacen un <strong>llamado urgente a la poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Evite comprar medicamentos en establecimientos no autorizados<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Denuncie cualquier sospecha de comercio il\u00edcito de f\u00e1rmacos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exija siempre el registro sanitario<\/strong> al adquirir medicamentos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>salud p\u00fablica<\/strong> es una <strong>responsabilidad de todos<\/strong>, y la <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong> es clave para <strong>erradicar este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas peligrosas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un operativo coordinado entre el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Mipymes (MICM) y otros organismos de control en el municipio de San V\u00edctor, Espaillat, result\u00f3 en el decomiso de 1.5 millones de unidades de f\u00e1rmacos ilegales, con un valor estimado de RD$31 millones de pesos.
