El imputado est\u00e1 acusado de <strong>recibir un soborno de 10,000 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> de un testigo vinculado al <strong>caso de corrupci\u00f3n del Servicio Nacional de Salud (Senasa)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udfda\ufe0f Najayo Hombres: El destino del fiscal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal Valdez Alc\u00e1ntara cumplir\u00e1 su medida de coerci\u00f3n en el <strong>Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n (CCR) Najayo Hombres<\/strong>, tras una <strong>audiencia de m\u00e1s de diez horas<\/strong> en la que la jueza <strong>rechaz\u00f3 todos los incidentes presentados por su defensa<\/strong>. La decisi\u00f3n se produce despu\u00e9s de que el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, representado por el <strong>procurador adjunto Wilson Camacho<\/strong> y el fiscal <strong>Andr\u00e9s Mena<\/strong>, solicitara <strong>un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> por el <strong>riesgo de obstrucci\u00f3n a la justicia<\/strong> que, seg\u00fan argumentaron, representa el imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc6 Revisi\u00f3n en julio: \u00bfSe mantendr\u00e1 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza <strong>fij\u00f3 el 29 de julio de 2026<\/strong> como fecha para la <strong>revisi\u00f3n obligatoria<\/strong> de la medida de coerci\u00f3n. Este plazo, <strong>estipulado por ley<\/strong>, permitir\u00e1 evaluar si <strong>persisten las razones<\/strong> que justificaron la prisi\u00f3n preventiva o si el fiscal puede ser liberado bajo otras condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2696\ufe0f Los recursos de la defensa que no fueron aceptados<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los abogados del fiscal, <strong>Albert Delgado y Valent\u00edn Medrano<\/strong>, intentaron sin \u00e9xito varios <strong>incidentes procesales<\/strong> durante la audiencia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Solicitud de apartar al procurador Wilson Camacho<\/strong> del conocimiento del caso, alegando <strong>conflicto de intereses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petici\u00f3n de nulidad de la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> realizada por Camacho y la <strong>procuradora general Yeni Berenice Reynoso<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exigencia de que la solicitud de prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> fuera firmada por el <strong>procurador Jos\u00e9 del Carmen Sep\u00falveda<\/strong>, a quien consideran la <strong>autoridad con jurisdicci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petici\u00f3n de acceso de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a la audiencia, bajo el argumento de que el proceso deb\u00eda ser <strong>p\u00fablico y transparente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcb0 El caso que lo llev\u00f3 tras las rejas: Soborno en el Senasa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal <strong>Aurelio Valdez Alc\u00e1ntara<\/strong> est\u00e1 acusado de <strong>recibir dinero en efectivo<\/strong> del testigo <strong>Roberto Cana\u00e1n<\/strong>, uno de los principales implicados en el <strong>caso de corrupci\u00f3n del Seguro Nacional de Salud (Senasa)<\/strong>.
