Durante su <strong>rueda de prensa matutina<\/strong>, la mandataria <strong>calific\u00f3 de \u00absensacionalista\u00bb<\/strong> la informaci\u00f3n, que vinculaba a la agencia estadounidense con la <strong>muerte de Francisco Beltr\u00e1n, alias \u00abEl Pay\u00edn\u00bb<\/strong>, presunto integrante del <strong>C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheinbaum <strong>declar\u00f3 que los reportes son \u00abtotalmente falsos\u00bb<\/strong> y critic\u00f3 el enfoque del medio: <em>\u00abCNN, supuestamente un medio reconocido internacionalmente, publica una nota realmente sensacionalista cuyo objetivo es decir que hay agentes de la CIA operando en territorio nacional, inclusive para eliminar a una persona. Imag\u00ednense el tama\u00f1o de la construcci\u00f3n mentirosa\u00bb<\/em>, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta <strong>record\u00f3<\/strong> que los agentes de la CIA pueden operar en M\u00e9xico <strong>solo en \u00e1reas relacionadas con la Embajada<\/strong> y siempre en <strong>acuerdo con la Constituci\u00f3n y la Ley de Seguridad Nacional<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, al ser consultada sobre un art\u00edculo de <strong>The New York Times<\/strong> que suger\u00eda que el explosivo habr\u00eda sido colocado por el <strong>Gobierno mexicano<\/strong>, Sheinbaum lo <strong>tach\u00f3 de \u00ababsurdo\u00bb<\/strong>. <em>\u00abEs como si hubiera un \u00e1rea especial del Gobierno dedicada a poner bombas. Es una ficci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o del universo. Nosotros siempre diremos la verdad y actuamos en el marco de la ley\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>desmentido<\/strong> de Sheinbaum se suma a las declaraciones de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, que <strong>neg\u00f3 haber proporcionado informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a CNN, y de la <strong>vocera de la CIA, Liz Lyons<\/strong>, quien <strong>desminti\u00f3<\/strong> los reportes, calific\u00e1ndolos de <em>\u00abfalsos y sensacionalistas\u00bb<\/em> y sugiri\u00f3 que podr\u00edan ser parte de una <em>\u00abcampa\u00f1a de relaciones p\u00fablicas para los c\u00e1rteles\u00bb<\/em>. La presidenta, con iron\u00eda, coment\u00f3: <em>\u00abHasta me sorprendi\u00f3 porque resulta que hasta la vocera de la CIA sali\u00f3 a decir que era falso.
