Esta medida busca <strong>facilitar el acceso de la di\u00e1spora dominicana<\/strong> a los servicios electorales, especialmente en el contexto del <strong>proceso de entrega de la nueva c\u00e9dula de identidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcdc Marco legal para oficinas extranjeras en EE.UU.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>instalaci\u00f3n de oficinas gubernamentales extranjeras<\/strong> en territorio estadounidense est\u00e1 <strong>regulada por<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acuerdos diplom\u00e1ticos<\/strong> entre ambos pa\u00edses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aprobaci\u00f3n del gobierno de EE.UU.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respeto a la soberan\u00eda estadounidense<\/strong>, evitando que las oficinas operen como si estuvieran en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>autoridades de EE.UU.<\/strong> han dejado claro que:<br><em>\u00abCualquier entidad extranjera debe sujetarse a las leyes federales, estatales y municipales. No se pueden establecer extensiones sin aprobaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, las <strong>oficinas de la JCE<\/strong> funcionar\u00e1n <strong>inicialmente en las sedes consulares dominicanas<\/strong>, lo que les permitir\u00e1 <strong>operar con el aval oficial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udd94 Entrega exitosa de la nueva c\u00e9dula en EE.UU.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>proceso de entrega de la nueva c\u00e9dula dominicana<\/strong> en el exterior comenz\u00f3 con <strong>\u00e9xito<\/strong> entre el <strong>6 y el 10 de mayo<\/strong> en <strong>Washington, Nueva York y Nueva Jersey<\/strong>. Los primeros beneficiados fueron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Representantes ante la embajada dominicana en EE.UU.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Embajadores ante organismos internacionales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C\u00f3nsules dominicanos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delegados de partidos pol\u00edticos<\/strong> acreditados ante la JCE en Nueva York.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc5 C\u00f3mo solicitar la nueva c\u00e9dula desde el exterior<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del <strong>20 de mayo de 2026<\/strong>, los dominicanos en el exterior podr\u00e1n <strong>agendar sus citas<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del <strong>portal oficial de la JCE<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/citas.jce.gob.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/citas.jce.gob.do<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No habr\u00e1 restricciones por mes de nacimiento<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>proceso se extender\u00e1 hasta enero de 2028<\/strong> (m\u00e1s de <strong>75 semanas<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hasta el <strong>13 de mayo<\/strong>, se hab\u00edan registrado <strong>46,000 citas en el exterior<\/strong>, lo que demuestra el <strong>alto inter\u00e9s de la di\u00e1spora<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Mensaje a la di\u00e1spora: \u00abLa c\u00e9dula es un derecho y una responsabilidad\u00bb<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>presidente de la JCE, Rom\u00e1n J\u00e1quez Liranzo<\/strong>, junto a <strong>Hirayda Marcelle Fern\u00e1ndez Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong> y <strong>Well Sep\u00falveda<\/strong>, <strong>hicieron un llamado<\/strong> a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul <strong>agenden sus citas<\/strong> y obtengan la <strong>nueva c\u00e9dula<\/strong>, un documento que:<br>\u2705 <strong>Garantiza la seguridad de la identidad<\/strong>.<br>\u2705 <strong>Elimina diferentes puntos de Nueva York<\/strong> busca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Facilitar el acceso<\/strong> a los servicios electorales para la <strong>di\u00e1spora
