Cepeda N\u00fa\u00f1ez, <strong>exempleado del banco afectado<\/strong>, se <strong>entreg\u00f3 a las autoridades<\/strong> la tarde del <strong>lunes 18 de mayo de 2026<\/strong> en el <strong>Distrito Nacional<\/strong>, tras ser buscado por la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Financieros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>audiencia para solicitar prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> contra Cepeda N\u00fa\u00f1ez est\u00e1 <strong>pautada para el martes 19 de mayo a las 9:00 a.m.<\/strong>, y con su detenci\u00f3n, <strong>ya son diez los imputados<\/strong> por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en esta <strong>estructura delictiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operativo exitoso: Allanamientos y decomisos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n de \u00c1rea de Polic\u00eda Cibern\u00e9tica (Dicat)<\/strong>, culmin\u00f3 con <strong>nueve allanamientos simult\u00e1neos<\/strong> en el <strong>Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo Este y Santo Domingo Norte<\/strong>. Durante estos operativos, las autoridades <strong>incautaron<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tres veh\u00edculos de alto valor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s de 25 relojes de lujo<\/strong> (marcas como <strong>Rolex e Invicta<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un arma de fuego sin documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prendas de valor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RD$408,186 en efectivo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s de 10 computadoras port\u00e1tiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>15 tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los cargos y el modus operandi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>diez imputados<\/strong> enfrentan <strong>m\u00faltiples cargos<\/strong>, entre ellos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Estafa agravada<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estafa simple<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Robo asalariado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delitos de alta tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lavado de activos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, la <strong>red operaba captando a terceros<\/strong> para <strong>obtener fondos de manera fraudulenta<\/strong> y ejecutar <strong>estafas contra la entidad financiera<\/strong>.
