Esta medida, anunciada por el <strong>ministro Luis Miguel De Camps<\/strong>, establece <strong>diferentes niveles de restricci\u00f3n<\/strong> seg\u00fan el nivel educativo: <strong>prohibici\u00f3n total en el Nivel Inicial<\/strong>, <strong>restricciones en Primaria<\/strong> y <strong>uso pedag\u00f3gico regulado y supervisado en Secundaria<\/strong>, siempre bajo la <strong>supervisi\u00f3n de los docentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro De Camps explic\u00f3 que <strong>\u00abel debate ya no es si la tecnolog\u00eda es parte de la educaci\u00f3n, sino c\u00f3mo garantizar que contribuya al aprendizaje y a una convivencia digital m\u00e1s saludable\u00bb<\/strong>. La normativa busca <strong>fomentar un uso responsable de la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, priorizando el <strong>bienestar integral de los estudiantes<\/strong> y su <strong>desarrollo acad\u00e9mico, emocional y social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de esta orden, <strong>cada centro educativo deber\u00e1 elaborar protocolos internos<\/strong> sobre el uso de dispositivos m\u00f3viles, los cuales deber\u00e1n estar <strong>integrados en sus manuales de convivencia<\/strong> y ser dise\u00f1ados con la <strong>participaci\u00f3n de docentes, familias y estudiantes<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, la medida <strong>promueve la reducci\u00f3n del tiempo de exposici\u00f3n a pantallas<\/strong> durante la jornada escolar, mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>pausas activas y actividades alternativas<\/strong> que fomenten la interacci\u00f3n social y el movimiento f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La orden tambi\u00e9n <strong>incluye disposiciones sobre privacidad y protecci\u00f3n de datos<\/strong>, prohibiendo <strong>grabar o difundir im\u00e1genes, videos o audios<\/strong> de estudiantes, docentes o personal administrativo <strong>sin consentimiento previo<\/strong>. Asimismo, se establecen <strong>medidas para prevenir el ciberacoso, la humillaci\u00f3n digital y otras formas de violencia en entornos virtuales<\/strong>, con el objetivo de crear un <strong>ambiente escolar seguro y respetuoso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Camps destac\u00f3 la necesidad de <strong>avanzar hacia una cultura digital m\u00e1s consciente y responsable<\/strong>, especialmente ante los desaf\u00edos que plantean la <strong>inteligencia artificial y la hiperconectividad<\/strong>. <strong>\u00abEn una sociedad cada vez m\u00e1s digital, es esencial formar ciudadanos con criterio, pensamiento cr\u00edtico y capacidad de convivir de manera saludable en ambos entornos, f\u00edsico y digital\u00bb<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La normativa tambi\u00e9n <strong>prev\u00e9 excepciones<\/strong> para estudiantes con <strong>necesidades espec\u00edficas de apoyo educativo<\/strong> que requieran herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para su aprendizaje o accesibilidad.
