Los designados son <strong>Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>, <strong>Rosa Pastora M\u00e9ndez M\u00e9ndez<\/strong> (en representaci\u00f3n del <strong>sector privado<\/strong>) y <strong>An\u00edbal Amparo<\/strong> (en representaci\u00f3n del <strong>sector fabril<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El decreto especifica que los nuevos funcionarios <strong>permanecer\u00e1n en sus cargos<\/strong> hasta que se complete el proceso de <strong>disoluci\u00f3n del CEA<\/strong> o hasta que se nombre a sus reemplazos. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>deroga los art\u00edculos 3, 4 y 6 del Decreto 259-21<\/strong>, emitido en 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida busca <strong>garantizar el funcionamiento del CEA<\/strong> mientras se lleva a cabo su proceso de liquidaci\u00f3n, a cargo de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Liquidaci\u00f3n de \u00d3rganos del Estado<\/strong>.
