Seg\u00fan el documento, <strong>las suscripciones a plataformas digitales contratadas directamente por ciudadanos<\/strong> no est\u00e1n sujetas a las retenciones del <strong>Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISR)<\/strong> contempladas en esta ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Ley 30-26<\/strong> establece una <strong>reducci\u00f3n de la retenci\u00f3n del ISR del 27% al 15%<\/strong> para <strong>pagos realizados por empresas locales a proveedores no residentes<\/strong> por conceptos como <strong>licencias de software, regal\u00edas, derechos de autor, publicidad digital y servicios de almacenamiento en la nube<\/strong>. Sin embargo, <strong>no afecta a los servicios digitales contratados por personas f\u00edsicas<\/strong>, como suscripciones a plataformas de entretenimiento, aplicaciones m\u00f3viles o servicios en la nube de uso individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio destac\u00f3 que este cambio <strong>beneficia a las empresas locales<\/strong> que utilizan herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas provistas desde el exterior, ya que <strong>reduce la carga fiscal<\/strong> y <strong>acercar el tratamiento tributario del pa\u00eds a los est\u00e1ndares regionales<\/strong>.
