Barbara de anular la orden ejecutiva del presidente que pon\u00eda fin a la ciudadan\u00eda por derecho de nacimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDonald Trump intent\u00f3 eliminar una de las garant\u00edas constitucionales m\u00e1s claras de nuestra naci\u00f3n, y fracas\u00f3. La decisi\u00f3n de hoy reafirma un principio constitucional fundamental que ha definido a nuestra naci\u00f3n durante generaciones: todo ni\u00f1o nacido en Estados Unidos es ciudadano de Estados Unidos\u201d, dijo Espaillat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl derecho a la ciudadan\u00eda por nacimiento est\u00e1 consagrado en la Constituci\u00f3n de los Estados Unidos; fue establecido inicialmente por la Enmienda 14 y ratificado por la Corte Suprema en el caso de 1898 Estados Unidos v. Wong Kim Ark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ecodelpueblo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-06-30-at-6.38.23-PM-836x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25926\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn una de las decisiones m\u00e1s trascendentales en la historia del Tribunal, este fallo respalda el legado de la naci\u00f3n y rechaza cualquier intento excluyente de redefinir qui\u00e9nes la integran.
