Esta resoluci\u00f3n se produce tras la <strong>solicitud de revisi\u00f3n de medida de coerci\u00f3n<\/strong> presentada por su abogado, <strong>Gustavo de los Santos<\/strong>, quien aport\u00f3 <strong>documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que respaldaba la petici\u00f3n de cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de la garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, el juez <strong>impuso la colocaci\u00f3n de un brazalete electr\u00f3nico<\/strong> como condici\u00f3n para el arresto domiciliario. Ledesma, quien hasta ahora cumpl\u00eda prisi\u00f3n en la <strong>c\u00e1rcel de Najayo-Mujeres<\/strong>, deber\u00e1 <strong>permanecer en su domicilio<\/strong> y <strong>presentarse peri\u00f3dicamente<\/strong> ante las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, la <strong>fiscal Rosalba Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, de la <strong>Procuradur\u00eda Especializada Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n Administrativa (Pepca)<\/strong>, hab\u00eda <strong>solicitado al juez que se mantuviera la prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> para Ledesma, argumentando que <strong>los riesgos procesales<\/strong> que justificaron la medida inicialmente segu\u00edan presentes. A pesar de esta oposici\u00f3n, el juez <strong>consider\u00f3 que las garant\u00edas presentadas<\/strong> eran suficientes para <strong>modificar la medida<\/strong> y permitir que Ledesma cumpla su detenci\u00f3n en su domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este caso <strong>pone de manifiesto el debate entre la fiscal\u00eda y la defensa<\/strong> en procesos judiciales complejos, donde las <strong>medidas de coerci\u00f3n<\/strong> pueden ser revisadas en funci\u00f3n de <strong>nuevos elementos o garant\u00edas<\/strong>.
