Seg\u00fan los fiscales, Su\u00e1rez <strong>conduc\u00eda a exceso de velocidad<\/strong> cuando <strong>impact\u00f3 un veh\u00edculo estacionado<\/strong> entre las calles <strong>107 y 108 Oeste<\/strong>. Luego, <strong>perdi\u00f3 el control, subi\u00f3 a la acera en la calle 109 Oeste y atropell\u00f3 a cuatro peatones<\/strong> antes de <strong>chocar contra otro veh\u00edculo estacionado<\/strong> con una persona dentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00edctimas del accidente<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las v\u00edctimas fatales son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jason Negr\u00f3n<\/strong>, de <strong>46 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Michael Saint-Hilaire<\/strong>, de <strong>35 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, <strong>padre de trillizos de casi dos a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los heridos incluyen a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un hombre de <strong>44 a\u00f1os<\/strong> con <strong>fractura en la pierna derecha<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otro de <strong>36 a\u00f1os<\/strong> con <strong>fracturas en la espalda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un tercero de <strong>51 a\u00f1os<\/strong> con <strong>lesiones en la cabeza, cuello y hombro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impacto en la comunidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>fiscal Alvin Bragg<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que <em>\u00abla decisi\u00f3n de Su\u00e1rez de conducir ebrio tuvo consecuencias devastadoras y prevenibles\u00bb<\/em>.
