Ambos <strong>permanecen detenidos<\/strong> en una <strong>prisi\u00f3n federal de Brooklyn<\/strong> desde su <strong>captura el 3 de enero de 2026<\/strong> en Caracas por <strong>agentes estadounidenses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Avances en el proceso judicial<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de la audiencia, la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda y la defensa<\/strong> presentaron un <strong>documento conjunto<\/strong> en el que <strong>sugirieron al juez Alvin Hellerstein<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dos rondas de mociones previas al juicio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iniciar el juicio en junio de 2027<\/strong>, aunque el juez <strong>tendr\u00e1 la \u00faltima palabra<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La defensa <strong>anunci\u00f3<\/strong> que presentar\u00e1 una <strong>primera bater\u00eda de mociones<\/strong> antes de que finalice la <strong>entrega de pruebas<\/strong>, incluyendo una <strong>moci\u00f3n de inmunidad para Maduro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda<\/strong>, por su parte, <strong>estima completar la entrega de pruebas no clasificadas el 22 de septiembre de 2026<\/strong> y las <strong>pruebas clasificadas el 15 de noviembre de 2026<\/strong>, aunque este cronograma <strong>podr\u00eda ajustarse<\/strong> seg\u00fan la disponibilidad de informaci\u00f3n de otras <strong>agencias gubernamentales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cargos y contexto<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maduro enfrenta <strong>acusaciones por conspiraci\u00f3n para cometer narcoterrorismo e importaci\u00f3n de coca\u00edna<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>Cilia Flores<\/strong> est\u00e1 imputada por <strong>delitos vinculados a la importaci\u00f3n de drogas y posesi\u00f3n de armas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su <strong>primera audiencia<\/strong>, el <strong>5 de enero de 2026<\/strong>, ambos se <strong>declararon \u00abno culpables\u00bb<\/strong> de todos los cargos.
