Este proyecto es parte del <strong>plan del Ministerio de Turismo (MITUR)<\/strong> para <strong>recuperar y embellecer los espacios p\u00fablicos y frentes marinos<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Detalles de la Inversi\u00f3n<\/strong><br>La intervenci\u00f3n en <strong>playa El Faro<\/strong> ha sido un <strong>antiguo reclamo de los residentes de San Pedro de Macor\u00eds<\/strong> y ahora es una realidad gracias a una <strong>inversi\u00f3n de RD$67,000,000<\/strong>. El proyecto abarca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>570 metros de longitud<\/strong> de playa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>12,398 metros cuadrados<\/strong> de \u00e1rea total.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las <strong>mejoras implementadas<\/strong> se incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c1rea para pescadores<\/strong>, con m\u00f3dulos e instalaciones sanitarias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estacionamientos<\/strong> para visitantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intervenci\u00f3n vial<\/strong> para mejorar el acceso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Juegos infantiles<\/strong> para el disfrute de los ni\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancha de voleibol<\/strong> para actividades deportivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iluminaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para mayor seguridad en horas nocturnas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paisajismo y mobiliario urbano<\/strong> (bancos, bolardos, zafacones).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caseta para POLITUR<\/strong> (Polic\u00eda Tur\u00edstica).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ba\u00f1os p\u00fablicos<\/strong> para el servicio de los visitantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drenaje pluvial<\/strong> para evitar inundaciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asfaltado de calles<\/strong>, aceras y contenes en los barrios aleda\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inversi\u00f3n en el Malec\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Collado tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que el <strong>MITUR ha invertido RD$267,000,000<\/strong> en la <strong>intervenci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n del malec\u00f3n de San Pedro de Macor\u00eds<\/strong>, lo que demuestra el <strong>compromiso del gobierno<\/strong> con el desarrollo tur\u00edstico y la <strong>mejora de la infraestructura<\/strong> en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ejecutor del Proyecto<\/strong><br>La obra est\u00e1 a cargo del <strong>Comit\u00e9 Ejecutor de Infraestructura en Zonas Tur\u00edsticas (CEIZTUR)<\/strong>, que ha trabajado para garantizar que la playa El Faro <strong>cuente con todas las comodidades y servicios<\/strong> necesarios para el disfrute de los visitantes y la comunidad local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Impacto para la Comunidad y el Turismo<\/strong><br>La remodelaci\u00f3n de <strong>playa El Faro<\/strong> no solo <strong>mejora la experiencia tur\u00edstica<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>beneficia directamente a los residentes de San Pedro de Macor\u00eds<\/strong>, quienes ahora podr\u00e1n disfrutar de un <strong>espacio p\u00fablico seguro, moderno y funcional<\/strong>.
