El objetivo de estos talleres es <strong>profundizar en el nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal y su reforma<\/strong>, as\u00ed como en otros temas jur\u00eddicos de <strong>inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El taller de este martes estuvo dirigido a <strong>periodistas especializados en la fuente judicial<\/strong>, profesionales que cubren el <strong>marco jur\u00eddico<\/strong> y el <strong>desarrollo de los procesos judiciales<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a <strong>caricaturistas<\/strong>. Esta iniciativa forma parte de una <strong>serie de talleres<\/strong> que la procuradora Reynoso ha estado desarrollando para <strong>promover un mayor conocimiento<\/strong> del nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal y su reforma, as\u00ed como del <strong>marco jur\u00eddico<\/strong> relacionado con la <strong>transparencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un evento con alta participaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El taller se realiz\u00f3 en la <strong>sede principal de la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>unos 40 representantes de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, incluyendo prensa escrita, televisiva y digital. Los asistentes recibir\u00e1n un <strong>certificado avalado por el Instituto de Educaci\u00f3n Superior Escuela Nacional del Ministerio P\u00fablico (IES-ENMP)<\/strong>, lo que demuestra el <strong>compromiso institucional<\/strong> con la <strong>capacitaci\u00f3n continua<\/strong> de los profesionales de la comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los presentes en el taller se encontraban los <strong>procuradores adjuntos Osvaldo Bonilla, Jos\u00e9 Viterbo Cabral, Iv\u00e1n Vladimir F\u00e9liz y Fiordaliza Alduey<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la <strong>rectora del IES-ENMP, Marien Montero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal: Un avance legal para el pa\u00eds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el taller, la procuradora <strong>Yeni Berenice Reynoso<\/strong> repas\u00f3 las <strong>novedades del nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong>, cuya aplicaci\u00f3n comenzar\u00e1 en las <strong>pr\u00f3ximas horas<\/strong>. Destac\u00f3 que este nuevo c\u00f3digo <strong>incorpora 70 nuevos delitos<\/strong>, y con las reformulaciones, el total asciende a <strong>109 delitos<\/strong>. Reynoso subray\u00f3 que este nuevo instrumento jur\u00eddico <strong>deja atr\u00e1s un c\u00f3digo obsoleto<\/strong>, que, aunque fue relevante en su \u00e9poca, <strong>ya no estaba preparado para enfrentar los delitos del siglo XXI<\/strong>, especialmente aquellos relacionados con la <strong>tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Principios clave: Garant\u00edas y disuasi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La procuradora resalt\u00f3 que el nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal <strong>incorpora principios que brindan mayores garant\u00edas al ciudadano<\/strong> y contribuyen al <strong>fortalecimiento del tejido social<\/strong>. Estos principios aportan <strong>herramientas para una persecuci\u00f3n penal m\u00e1s efectiva<\/strong>, lo que, a su vez, tiene un <strong>enfoque disuasivo<\/strong> m\u00e1s fuerte para prevenir delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Di\u00e1logo abierto con los comunicadores<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el taller, <strong>Yeni Berenice Reynoso<\/strong> respondi\u00f3 a las <strong>preguntas de los periodistas<\/strong>, abordando con detalle las <strong>inquietudes<\/strong> que han surgido en torno a la aplicaci\u00f3n del nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal.
