El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el <strong>9 de marzo de 2025<\/strong> en el <strong>ensanche Capotillo<\/strong>, cuando los acusados <strong>dispararon contra la v\u00edctima<\/strong> en su negocio <strong>WhatsApp Drink<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n, liderada por la <strong>fiscal Vidalis Mora<\/strong>, revel\u00f3 que los imputados <strong>ofrecieron RD$100,000<\/strong> a <strong>Willy F\u00e9liz V\u00e1squez<\/strong>, vecino de <strong>La Zurza<\/strong>, para que colaborara en el crimen. Al ser rechazados, Aquino Acevedo y M\u00e9ndez P\u00e9rez <strong>se dirigieron a Capotillo<\/strong> y <strong>abrieron fuego<\/strong> contra N\u00fa\u00f1ez. Aunque la v\u00edctima <strong>logr\u00f3 salvar su vida<\/strong> al tirarse al suelo, <strong>un hombre y un adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os<\/strong> resultaron <strong>heridos<\/strong> durante el ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>jueza Clara Sobeyda Castillo<\/strong>, junto a las magistradas <strong>Claribel Nivar<\/strong> y <strong>Yissell Soto<\/strong>, fundament\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n en que el crimen fue <strong>planificado con anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
